How Link Prep.com Works
It's So Simple
Link Prep is a very straightforward concept.
As a user, you get your own "database" account. Think of it as a big box where you put all your show material and content. A box where you can access it any time and from any place where you have access to the internet.
Your account comes with blank schedules for each day of the week, ready for you to schedule your content. There is also a "weekday" option if you run the same show clocks Monday-Friday.
Then you take a piece of content, say a "Weather Forecast" for example, and schedule it where you need it. Let's say you do it out of the news each hour on your breakfast show. You'd then schedule it at 06.03, 07.03, 08.03 and 09.03. You only have to schedule once, and the item is fixed into your running order.
Now when you update that single weather forecast, the changes are reflected each time it's scheduled.
You do this for each show element or content piece.
When you come to present your show, you view the "log" for each hour, where your content is displayed in order, ready for you to read off screen.
